Conditions We Help in Foster City
Chiropractic care may help with many everyday aches, strains and stresses. Here are some of the concerns patients most often bring to us.
Neck Pain & Stiffness
Long hours at a desk, poor sleep positions and stress can all leave the neck tight and sore. After an examination, gentle adjustments, soft tissue work and posture guidance may help support comfort and range of motion.
Low Back Pain
One of the most common reasons people try chiropractic. We look at the whole spine and pelvis, how you move, sit and lift, and build a plan that may help support comfort and mobility.
Sciatica & Radiating Leg Discomfort
Pain, tingling or discomfort that travels from the low back into the buttock or leg has several possible causes. A careful exam helps determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate, or whether you should be referred for further evaluation.
Headaches
Some headaches are related to tension in the neck and upper back. If yours seem linked to posture, stress or muscle tightness, chiropractic care and ergonomic changes may help.
Posture & “Tech Neck”
Phones and laptops pull the head forward and round the shoulders. We assess your posture and offer adjustments, practical ergonomics and habits to help you sit and stand more comfortably.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Discomfort
Changing posture and new demands on the body can bring low back, hip and pelvic discomfort during pregnancy and after birth. Gentle, adapted care may help support comfort through each stage. More on prenatal & postnatal care →
Sports & Active-Lifestyle Strain
Runners, lifters, weekend athletes and busy parents all put load on their joints. Care may help support recovery, mobility and balanced movement so you can keep doing what you love.
Shoulder, Hip, Knee & Other Joint Issues
Problems aren't always in the spine. Extremity adjusting addresses joints such as the shoulders, wrists, hips, knees and feet. More on extremity care →
Stress-Related Tension
Stress often shows up in the body as tight shoulders, jaw or back. Our mind-body approach, including Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), may help you better manage the physical effects of stress. More on NET →

Not sure if chiropractic is right for you?
Everyone is different. Your first visit includes a conversation about your history and a thorough examination, so we can explain what we find and whether our care is a good fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you and suggest where to turn.
When to see a physician or seek urgent care first:
- Pain after a significant fall, car accident or other trauma
- New numbness, weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control
- Severe or “worst ever” headache, or headache with fever, confusion, vision or speech changes
- Chest pain, shortness of breath, or pain with unexplained weight loss or fever
- During pregnancy: bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or any symptom your obstetric provider should know about
If you have any of these, contact your doctor or call 911. This page is general information, not a diagnosis or medical advice.
