Chiropractic Services in Foster City

Gentle, whole-person care tailored to your body, your goals, and your stage of life. Every plan starts with listening and a thorough examination.

Full-Spine Chiropractic

Full-spine structural chiropractic looks at the whole spine, from the neck to the pelvis, rather than only the area that hurts. Adjustments are gentle and specific, and are chosen after an examination of your posture, movement and history.

Many people seek this care for neck or back discomfort, stiffness, or postural strain. Others use it as part of an ongoing wellness routine. Care may help support mobility, comfort and how you move through daily life.

Extremity Adjusting

Your joints work together. Extremity care addresses areas outside the spine, such as the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet, when they are part of the picture.

This can support people with repetitive-use strain from work, sports or daily tasks.

Prenatal & Postnatal Care

Pregnancy and the months after birth bring big changes in posture, weight distribution and daily demands on the body. Gentle chiropractic care, adapted to each stage, may help support comfort and mobility during pregnancy and recovery afterward.

We coordinate with your prenatal care provider when appropriate. Please let us know how far along you are when you book.

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET)

What is NET?

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is a gentle, non-invasive chiropractic approach that helps the body release stored stress and emotional patterns. It works with your body's natural ability to restore balance in the nervous system, so you can feel better, not just in your body but in your mind and emotions too. Sessions combine gentle muscle testing with nervous system support. Dr. Serena Wong and Dr. Patrick Sage both incorporate NET into their care.

How NET may help

Reduce stress & anxiety

May help calm the nervous system and release stored stress, so you can feel more at ease and present.

Release emotional blocks

Supports the release of stored emotional patterns, such as fear, grief or anger, that many patients find affect how they feel.

Improve sleep & restfulness

Many patients find a quieter mind and less reactive stress response support better rest.

Balance the nervous system

Helps support a shift out of “fight-or-flight” toward a calmer state of rest, healing and regulation.

Support digestive health

The brain and gut are closely linked. Easing stress may help with stress-related digestive discomfort.

Support resilience

Less stress may support healthy immune function and a more resilient nervous system.

Improve mood & emotional resilience

May help you feel steadier, more positive and more in control, even during life's ups and downs.

Support overall wellness

When your nervous system is more balanced, your body is better able to function, heal and adapt.

A Deeper Kind of Care

NET isn't just about relieving symptoms. It's about looking for the root cause. By helping release stored stress and emotional patterns, NET supports greater clarity, balance and long-term well-being.

“Real healing happens when your mind, body, and soul are in alignment.”

NET sessions are booked as their own appointment. NET is a complement to, not a replacement for, care from a medical or mental-health professional.

Muscles, fascia and other soft tissues play a big role in how joints move and feel. Soft tissue techniques may be used alongside adjustments to help ease tension and support more comfortable movement. Dr. Patrick Sage also practices craniosacral therapy, a very light-touch approach.

Ergonomics & Posture Coaching

How you sit, work, lift and sleep adds up. We offer practical recommendations for your workstation, phone and laptop habits, and daily movement, so the benefits of care carry over into everyday life.
